Agree about mixing the two different materials. Gray grout will emphasize the dramatic gray veins that mimic real carrara marble while the white grout will the porcelain floors light bright and elegant. I just had my bathroom remodeled with white carrara marble with the grey veins running through. Disagree on the white grout. I went with tec standard white grout and it came out very yellow or antique white against the tile.
